Ahead of your visit to The Milky Way, there are a few things we need to let you know to make sure that you have a day that’s out of this world...

Park Entry Tickets - Standard Terms

  • All tickets are non-refundable.
  • All tickets bought online are not available for re-sale and have no cash value.
  • Should you need to change the date of your visit you are able to do this online if you create an account when booking. Changes are subject to availability and have to be made at least 48 hours in advance of your booking date. A charge of £1.50 per person will be payable - maximum charge of £5 per booking.
  • If there is more than 48 hours before your visit date and you are unable to change your tickets online please email info@themilkyway.co.uk with your request, including your booking reference number. We will move your tickets, subject to availability and apply the extra charges outlined above. These extra charges will be payable on arrival at the park.
  • Requests to change the date of a booking that are received less than 48hours from your date of visit are considered absolutely at our discretion.
  • Concession tickets, re-admission tickets and disabled/carer tickets are not available to be used in conjunction with other offers. Proof of eligibility must be presented for our entrance staff to validate before entering the park. Failure to present acceptable proof of eligibility will result in extra charges to enter the park.
  • Where an exclusive offer, locals’ offer or discount code has been used, proof of eligibility (as described with the offer) must be presented to our entrance staff to validate before entering the park. Failure to present acceptable proof of eligibility will result in extra charges to enter the park.
  • We never provide discount codes to discount websites, please do not use discount codes from these sites, to avoid disappointment.
  • There is a small extra charge for several of our attractions (Ninja Stars Assault Course, Pottery Painting & Penalty Pro Shootout.

Admissions

  • Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • We will endeavour to keep all attractions operational during opening hours. Very occasionally, due to our policy of continuing improvement or events beyond our control, some attractions may have to be withdrawn without prior notice. The Milky Way in its absolute discretion reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to close the whole or any part of the park at any time.
  • We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the park, ban from entry to the park, or remove from the park without right to refund any person who acts in a manner that the management of The Milky Way feel to be inappropriate and/or undesirable.
  • The management reserve the right to approach your dog / dogs to assess their temperament and any dog showing signs that they could cause potential upset or harm to other guests (especially younger children) will not be admitted or will be asked to leave. This includes excited behaviour, such as excessive barking and jumping up. 
  • In the interests of the public and the health and safety of our visitors, The Milky Way reserves the right to refuse entry to the park in the event that the capacity for visitors at the park is reached and/or exceeded.

At The Park

  • Parking in our main car park is included with your ticket at no extra charge. However, The Milky Way cannot accept any responsibility for damage or theft to any vehicles whilst on these premises. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
  • Bare skin, nylon and polyester WILL burn on the slides - to avoid friction burns and damage to clothing please wear appropriate trousers/leggings, long-sleeved tops and socks.
  • For hygiene purposes socks are mandatory throughout our play areas - we sell spares if needed.
  • We’re proud to be an all-weather attraction, but make sure to bring warm and waterproof layers according to the forecast.
  • Sensible shoes are a must if you want to enjoy all of the fun on offer!

·         Some rides/attractions have specific safety advice. Please make sure to read and abide all safety guidance provided to you and to follow the instructions of our park staff. Height restrictions for our rides are available on our website.

  • If you are bringing a dog to the park, you must read in full, and abide, by our dog policy, and sign a disclaimer that you agree to this policy when you arrive at the park.

Your Data

  • The information in our online booking form will only be used to process your booking and to help us understand our customers and improve what we offer.
  • We don’t handle or store any credit card details, and we won’t use your details for any other purpose unless we specifically ask for your permission. We take your privacy very seriously - for more details on how we handle personal data please click here to see our privacy policy.
